Hello @Karol Biel,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

As part to of troubleshooting, please uninstall your current Nitro PDF Pro 13 through Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features, reboot the machine then install an older build which is Nitro PDF Pro using these MSI installers:

x32  http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13423855/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi
x64  http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13423855/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 504976-xxyyzz-692316

Then perform again your workflow in merging/combining documents in your Google Drive File Stream.

Feel free to visit our Release Notes page that specifically mentions the removal of Google Drive integration with the release of Nitro Pro 13.44 in relation to Google's article below:

Thank you and please let us know how it goes on your end.
