Karol Biel Posted June 9, 2022 Report Share Posted June 9, 2022 Hello, I really need help, I tried everithing, my nitro pro 13 insteled on WIN 11 crashing durinig the saving new created pdf to my google drive. Afterwards helps only "crtl+alt+delete" to finish action. Whan I create and save new pdf on my SSD drive on my laptop - it saved properly, but I must move my files do google drive labels unnecessarily. Please help me, what to do. As part to of troubleshooting, please uninstall your current Nitro PDF Pro 13 through Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features, reboot the machine then install an older build which is Nitro PDF Pro 13.42.3.855 using these MSI installers: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13423855/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13423855/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 504976-xxyyzz-692316 Then perform again your workflow in merging/combining documents in your Google Drive File Stream.
