Zoe Trodd Posted June 12, 2022 Report Share Posted June 12, 2022 Hello! I have a new laptop and am trying to activate Nitro PDF on it. I purchased Pro 10 and have the license key. But upon downloading version 12, which I believe is permitted without paying an additional upgrade fee, it will only recognise license keys that are fully numeric. Mine has one letter. I sent you your version 13 serial number via direct message. Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
