Sam Mostert Posted June 14, 2022 Report Share Posted June 14, 2022 Hi, I purchased Nitro in 2019, I have just got a new computer and I am trying to activate it on my new computer, however it will not allow me to? I don't know what to to, it will not even allow me to deactivate it on my old computer. I cannot get hold of anyone to ask for help as it redirects me to the contact knowledge base page. Help! We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number 234600-xxyyzz-097426.
