Purchased licence saying trial expired

Hi There, 

I purchased Nitro Pdf Pro licence in March 14, 2002 however now when I click request signature, It's tells me 'It looks like your trial expired'. Can you please advise why is this saying trial expired, even though I purchased the licence.

Dears,
We do have the same issue.

Our  Nitro Pro licence is active, however when we login to Nitro Sign, we  got information 'It looks like your trial expired'.
How we can fix that?

Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out.

At the moment, our product team have not determined an exact date of when the trial will end but we will send further communication through email with an update when one is available.

With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment on your account so please log out, close all your browsers, open a new browser and log in again.
