Simone Zorzi Posted June 16, 2022 Report Share Posted June 16, 2022 Hi, The hd of a computer in our office broke, so we had to reinstall Nitro, thus switching from version 12 to 13. Now we are not able to use the old licence, and even trying to reset the licence status from https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal we get stuck with the "Please select devices to deactivate" message.
