Camille Seabourn Posted June 16, 2022 Report Share Posted June 16, 2022 Hello - for some reason my Nitro Pro 12 was not working and it asked me to purchase a subscription or activate my subscription. I tried to re-activate my subscription using my Serial Number. As instructed, I first de-activated my subscription (although it was showing that it was not activated) and I uninstalled the program, re-installed it and then tried to activate my subscription. It gave me Error 24. I checked my license and it showed NO active licenses but 2 unactive licenses. How do I rectify this issue? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
