Get the above error code everytime on start up stating that i

t is a Nitro system error. When and how can this be corrected? See attached.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:

-Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is  12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-Does logging in and out of Nitro Sign within Nitro Pro resolve this issue? If so, is it only momentary? Do you see this when you keep the program open and running?
-Does this error appear when launching certain features (i.e. signing into your Nitro Sign account) or does this appear every time launching of the Nitro Pro desktop program (without opening any PDF file)?
-If this only happens when opening a PDF file, would it be possible to send us a copy so we can replicate it on our end?
-Do you encounter this after connecting and then disconnecting from the Internet or does it happen while you remain connected? If so, how stable is your Internet connection?

Everytime I open Nitro

The version worked well since circa 2018 when I bought it. I was offered an upgrade to version 16 in the last few weeks. This turned out not to be technically posssible and since then I have this Error Code.

Kindly update to this build since you are still working with a very old build of version 12:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:

After installation, open a browser, visit https://cloud.gonitro.com/, reset your password, open again Nitro Pro 12, click the 'Log in' link at the top-right, enter your username and password to login to your Nitro Sign account.
