My Nitro wnet back to trial version an I can not activate is

My Nitro stopped working 2 days ago, I deactivate it as suggested but just can't re-ectivate since hte "pregennerated code" is not showing

I really need this fixed because I use nitro at work every single day.

Let me know if you need the serial number and where to send it

After  waiting for an answer I successfully solved my problem by de-activating, then de-installing and then re installing the software.

Hope this help others with the same issue

However, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.58.0.1180) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
