Not able to activate after changing computer

Good day 
I have gone through the steps proposed when you go through the ticket, but once i reach the Deactivate option, i am told to choose a device to deactivate and from there i do not see how to progress. 
Any suggestions ?

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
