My Nitro PDF Pro (for Windows) serial # is not recognized on my Mac device

Good morning. 

When i am trying to register nitro on my mac, the serial number (license) doesnt work. The "Register" button is grayed out and does not let me click it.  I also , when bought, got it from Cleverbridge.
