Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. Are u able to provide a full installation nitro? Our license starts with 234600 -xxxxxx We have issues to install and use our licenses for so long time! We paid for nothing! I see so many complaining here in community about these issues, are u able to fix it? How long takes to answer and fix? weeks, months, years ?
