Cannot change email address

Dears,

We still can't change the correct email for our colleague until now and this is causing our clients a lot of confusion because of incorrect email is used.
We simply try to change the license of the incorrect email a.obad@1stemail.com to the correct account a.obad@2ndemail.com.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Before making changes to our cloud server, does your client have documents uploaded to his/her Nitro Sign under the wrong email address?

If yes, please have him/her download them locally then let me know when its done.

Thanks for stepping in :)

There are hundred of documents. Can we bulk download them. There is no option to select all! Or should I download them one by one?

Can you help with downloading these files as there are many of them and it's not possible to do it one by one.

As much as we would like to, bulk download in Nitro Sign is not yet available.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience because we have do not access to any Nitro Sign account for privacy reasons.

Finally we were able to download all the docs on a local drive.
Can you advice on what next actions we should proceed with?

You know we only need to update the email from the wrong one to the correct one.

Dear Allain,

We didn't hear back from the support.

We've downloaded all the files on a local drive as per suggestion and now we need you support to update the correct email.
