New Computer- Need help activating new Nitro on new computer

I received a new laptop and need help activating nitro on my new computer. I wiped my old computer. 

When I look up my serial number it shows that there are 0 number of activations, but 2 activations are allowed. It is prompting me "deactivate" my license, but I am unable to click which device to deactivate. 

Can you help me?

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
