"The serial number entered does not exist"

Hello, I have a new laptop, and I deactivated my Nitro Pro on the old laptop. Now I have a trial version for another 5 days, could you please let me know which number to enter into the activation box?

My serial number returns an error "The serial number entered does not exist". And yet on the web page where I check the serial number, I can see that I have a licence for 5 devices, and 0 activated. Please help. Serial No:  504918-xxyyzz-734754

To fix that activation error, please upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 13 using our offline English MSI packages:

x64 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.58.0.1180/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 504918-xxyyzz-734754

Excellent! It is activated. How many computers can I activate with this serial number? Curently I only have one laptop, but we never know. Thank you so much! Nela

Upon checking our records, I was able to see that you have purchased a single-user license. 

A single-user license can be used on two machines as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA):

'Licensee may install one copy of the Licensed Software on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the Licensed Software is installed may install a second copy of the software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided the software on the portable or home computer is NOT USED at the same time as the software on the primary computer.'

Hi, 

I am having the same issues. I got a new laptop and didn't deactivate nitro on my old computer before I wiped it. 

I have looked up my serial number (reference number 87******) and there are still two licenses available for activation. 

I have downloaded the latest version of nitro and typed in my serial number and hit activate but it gives me the error message that "the serial number entered does not exist."

I am not sure what else I can do and there isn't a phone number I can call to get a live representative to help me.

I'm having this same issue. After upgrading to NitroPro13 my activation licence can not be found.  " -24: Activation ERROR"  

Can someone help please.

Your record shows you upgraded your Nitro Pro 10 to version last March of 2021.

Could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Thank you David. I now have the correct serial number, but it says that I have reached the maximum number of installations allowed for this license. I already wiped my old computer and don't have the computer anymore. How can I deactivate the license that I used on my old computer that I don't have anymore and put it on my new computer?

Thank you Allain!! It finally worked. 

My boss also needs helps logging back into his nitro. He logged out and can't get back in and Nitro never sent him a password reset. His login email is jeffrey******@gmail.com
