Convert en masse via command line?

I'm familiar with the cmd line options found at:

But I was wondering if it's possible to do en masse?

something like:

C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13>Nitropdf.exe /cv C:\Users\user\Desktop\*.tif

But that doesn't seem to work? Is there any way to do all files in a folder?

And how do I specify the output directory? it seems to default to /AppData/Temp.
