Lost Activication

A couple of days ago, my Nitro 13 lost it's activation and I can't seem to restore it. I've removed all previous activations and tried manual activation using my serial number to no avail. Serial Number: 504974-xxyyzz-427818

Please help.

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number
