Nitro sign states "expired plan" despite having a working licence for Nitro Pro

I have a fully working Nitro Pro licence but after using Nitrosign twice, Nitrosign states the plan has expired. 

This is a feature that is included with the price of Nitro Pro and one would expect it to work more than twice. 

Please provide instructions on how to fix this issue given that I am paying for a service I can no longer use.

Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out.

At the moment, our product team have not determined an exact date of when the trial will end but we will send further communication through email with an update when one is available.

With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment on your account so please log out, close all your browsers, open a new browser and log in again.
