Nito don't open any PDF

 Dear,

 

I have had an issue with Nitro. I cannot open andy PDF. Got the error 0x0000000.

Any other viewer worked fine.

 

 

So I just installed my computer new with windows 10.

I have two Nito License:

first one  Starts with 234***** it is for Nito Pro Version 12.
Second one Starts with 50***** it is for Nito Pro Version 13.

Just Download nitro_pro12. Installed -> Activation failed.
Error: 24

Than i check online, No activations with this key, 2 possible.

 

OK tried the other

deinstalled version 12, installed version 13.

 Installed -> Activation worked.
 

But i can’t open andy pdf. Gott he error 0x0000000

Same problem as before.

 

Can some wone please help?

today i got this error:

“XXX.pdf could not be opened because its open parameters are invalid or incomplete. If this is a cloud document, make sure you are properly logged in to the cloud provider.”

 

Installed Nitor Verison:

13.22.0.414

 

Can please some help

I can see that your build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 installation is at 13.22. Please update your installation to the latest build which is 13.58.0.1180. You can find the installer for this build from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro PDF Pro 13' link. 

To update, simply run the installer from the above link and it should update the installation to 13.58.0.1180. After that, please observe if you still get the same message when opening the document in Nitro PDF Pro 13.
