Nitro Sign expired even after upgrading to 13

Upgraded to Nitro Pro 13 after having issues with Nitro Sign.  Says expired. Have uninstalled, installed, and repaired.  Still unable to send documents out for signatures.

Please try to logout then login again on your Nitro Sign account at https://cloud.gonitro.com/. If you are still seeing expired trial, please take a screenshot so we could further investigate.
