Reynolds Posted June 24, 2022 Report Share Posted June 24, 2022 (edited) I had a problem with my computer 06/23/2022 and had to go back to a previous state and then reverse and put back the way it has been. Everything seems to work EXCEPT NitroPro. It told me to deactivate (which I did) but then it does not give me a place to activate in NitroPro. For some of the features (watermark) I use, it now says "You are trying to use a premium feature" - so I think it thinks I am still in a trial mode even though I purchased 12/02/2019. I rely heavily on this program so would appreciate your rapid response so I can get activated and continue to use.
