Can open files and print from File tab, but remaining function tabs do not open, including help. I uninstalled Nitropro and rebooted computer, thinking I could just download again with my serial number, but can't find where to get. Can't download trial and then convert using existing serial number because I get error Nitropro Wizard failed when I try. HELP!
