Daren H
Why do I have to keep activating my nitro pro? I just purchased it last week and activated it. Then today it tells me I am not connected to the internet and says I have to activate to get full access to the application? So I close it and I am connected to the internet... So I hit activate again. I then dig up my serial number and have to paste it in the program then activate. Is this going to keep happening? I couldnt finish my pdf's until I did that? Daren H
I ran the cleanup utility and installed as stated. I should not have to activate any more correct?
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted June 28, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted June 28, 2022 Hello Daren, Sometimes it remembers the activation. If you go to Help >> About Nitro Pro, if it has a DEACTIVATE option, it means it is already activated. Otherwise, click on Activate and enter your serial number to activate.
