I purchased Nitro Productivity Suite on 4/14/2020 - Order Number ***

I have reinstalled Nitro Pro13 on a new machine - Says license expired. 

I uninstalled the program from the old machine before grabbing the activation key. Requesting via email is not working. I feel like I used a different email for this purchase and I am not finding anything in any emails. I do have the original receipt.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

First, please uninstall Nitro completely from your machine.

Then get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Unfortunately I was not able to find your account records. I was unable to find anything using the email you are using now.

Can you please send us your Order Reference Number?

Yes. My order number is 21xxxxx03 and it was purchased on 4/14/2020. I paid via PayPal. It is entirely possible that I used a different email ( .............02@gmail.com) because this is the email that shows when I marked up PDFs on my original computer.
