Reinstallation of NitroPro needs deactivating

Hi,

I am having activation issue and the following notification appears on my screen. Could you please help me what should do to solve this issue?

 -24: Activation Error

Hello @Yusri

I can see that you have just purchased version 13 and this should no longer give you that error message.

I sent you your version 13 serial number via DM.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
