Activation Issue

Hello

I upgraded Nitro to Nitro Pro 13 but my activation licences doesn't work. It shows error -24 please contact support.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

Using the email address you provided, I was only able to locate your version 12 serial number. 

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. 

Please let me know how that goes.

Unfortunately I'm receiving a message Setup Wizard Has Failed. Cant install Nitro Pro 12. Don't know what to do. I'm very good with software but this is giving me headache . Many thanks
