Michele Cooper Posted June 30, 2022 Report Share Posted June 30, 2022 (edited) I need help with my Nitro Pro PDF v. 13. It's crashing and freezing when I click on the "print" button. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing is helping. Apparently, I don't qualify for technical support. This is a joke considering I paid for the product a year ago. In order to further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.67.0.45) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Lastly, are you printing to a physical printer when it crashes? Any chance it is a Kyocera printer? Thank you very much in advance and I look forward to hearing back from you.
