Hi, my Nitro Pro recently reverted to "trial version" and I cannot get it's license restored. I tried reactivating it, but the website wouldn't proceed without me indicating which device the software is on, but there was no option for me to select a device. I tried the online help tool, but once I indicated that I needed help with activation, it sent me back to the screen I had just left which was asking about which device. 

I need a live person to help me with this. Thanks,
