Nitro Sign says expired Plan

I purchased Nitro PDF pro with the yearly subscription and all of a sudden it says my nitro sign plan is expired. I have logged in and out of client and website, reinstalled client. Deactivated and reactivated, and nothing works. I see that others that have had the same problem have had it resolved by changes being made to their account so this works. That would be awesome. I have a lot of contracts I need to get signed with Nitro. Love the program. Please help.

Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out. 

For current features available with the free-bundled Nitro Sign Essentials, please refer to this article:

At the moment, our product team have not determined an exact date of when the trial will end but we will send further communication through email with an update when one is available.

With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment on your account so please log out, close all your browsers, open a new browser and log in again.
