Trouble Upgrading from 12 to 13

Hi, I wanted to upgrade Nitro from 12 (purchased through cleverbridge) to 13 and was unable to get my Serial number to work.  I could not figure out how to attach a screenshot to this message so Below is copied and pasted from gonitro.com/support/upgrade exactly as it was entered: 

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.
