Juan Fajardo Posted July 5, 2022 Report Share Posted July 5, 2022 (edited) Did an update to my computer. Went to log into my nitro pro 12 and it went into trial mode. It made me upgrade to Nitro 13. I logged in and trying to activate and getting the error message that the serial number does not exist. I checked the site and I see status is active, i have 2 activations allowed, and that my umber of activation is 0. How can i get my full access back? For your kind information, our Activation Portal is only used for deactivating previous activations. It does not have the option to choose the device and clicking on the 'Deactivate' button frees up a license for use. However if there is nothing to release, please install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using the below offline English MSI installers: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
