In checking your online purchase, I can see the Nitro PDF Pro license. The application used to create or edit PDF documents. Nitro Sign is a separate service and is currently free when purchasing the Nitro PDF Pro. This Nitro Sign is currently running as trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out. We have made an adjustment on your Nitro Sign account so please log out, close all your browsers, open a new browser and log in again.
