Nitro 13 Freezing During Scanning

I'm having an issue with Nitro 13 freezing when scanning in Windows 11. Nitro will display the TWAIN driver scanning settings, the physical document will scan through the scanner and then Nitro will freeze. The only way to exit Nitro is to end the program in Task Manager. Nitro does not show as 'Not Responding' in the task manager though. 

The TWAIN driver is fully updated and other software can use this driver to scan fine. Nitro has also been updated to the latest version.

I have re-installed Nitro with no luck.

In order to further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.67.0.45) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

What is the exact make/model of your scanning device?

Lastly, please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
