Can't deactivate account

I have followed the instruction on https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/deactivate/000003809, then it redirected to https://www.internetactivation.com/ecosystem/activationserver/tiactivate/deactivate.aspx, but it said "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable". 

Any helps are appreciated.

Compre en 2015 nitro pro 10. Quiero cambiar de ordenador y por lo tanto trasladar nitro pro. No he conseguido desactivar la antigua cuenta y crear una nueva en el nuevo ordenador. Me puede ayudar?

The link sent to you will install Nitro PDF Pro 13 and can be activated using your version 13 license.

Do you have another serial number aside from the version 13 license?
If so, please send it here so we can check its record and provide you the appropriate installer.
