Rex McInvale Posted July 8, 2022 Report Share Posted July 8, 2022 I have my serial number and my receipt email from Cleverbridge. The online activation doesn't take the serial number. I went through the portal to reset the serial number and that gives the same result. The option to create a support ticket just runs you in circles back to the reset portal. Online support is great if it works. If it doesn't work and you don't have a phone number listed in your support documents, that is a serious failure. Shame, shame shame!
