Nitro Pro 12 migration

When I hit activate on my new computer, i receive a -24 error and it asks me to submit a support request.  I do that and it gives me instructions on submitting my serial number and it finds my license and it tells me to deactivate.  I hit the deactivate button and it says I must select devices to activate.  however, there are no options or devices listed so I try again and just get an endless loop.  I had already deactivated NitroPro 12 on the computer I am replacing so I have 0 installs and gonitro shows 0 installs.

I found this to be the case too.  0 activations and continued to get a -24 error.  I'm sure it was working correctly for me a couple of weeks ago.

 

In any case, I downloaded and installed the 64-bit installer and started NirtoPdF 12.  It is activated correctly with the right serial number.

Thank you for replying.  I have done everything as instructed but I still get the same error.  I have a new Dell Inspiron that is loaded, 64 bit.  I uninstalled, reinstalled, inserted my serial number and I get the -24 error. and it loops.

The -24 error happens if you do not have the correct build of Nitro PDF Pro 12. The build 12.16.9.574 is needed in order to get a successful activation using a version 12 license. 
To check the version and build, please navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
