Tim Pyle Posted July 8, 2022 Report Share Posted July 8, 2022 When I hit activate on my new computer, i receive a -24 error and it asks me to submit a support request. I do that and it gives me instructions on submitting my serial number and it finds my license and it tells me to deactivate. I hit the deactivate button and it says I must select devices to activate. however, there are no options or devices listed so I try again and just get an endless loop. I had already deactivated NitroPro 12 on the computer I am replacing so I have 0 installs and gonitro shows 0 installs. Thanks, -Tim Pyle Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
