Unable to activate 12.14.0.558 on new PC

I keep getting error -24: Activation Error. According to your website, I am allowed two activations. I have an activation on my old PC, and am trying to activate on my new PC, but when I enter my serial number, I see the following:

Also, to make sure I'm using the correct version, please send me a link to download version 12.14.0.558

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
