Shelly Callaway Posted July 11, 2022 Report Share Posted July 11, 2022 (edited) Purchased Nitro PDF Pro on 3/17/22. Several days ago received notice that my trial period was over. I have tried deactivating and reactivating with my Serial Number 504*************** and it still says my trial period is over and will not let me use Nitro PDF Pro. The Nitro PDF Pro can be activated by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click the Activate. If you have done this and applied your serial number but still getting expired trial, please provide the following: 1. The version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro, this can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 2. Screenshot showing the trial period is over or expired trial. I Bought a new computer and wanted to reinstall Nitro pro. Installed the distributive, but the program writes- EXPIRED TRIAL. I tried to activate the license and enter the serial number, but the error "-24: Activation error" appears. I tried deactivating it, but it didn't work either. Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and older and its activation servers have been shut down. Thus, any activation or deactivation attempt on these versions will no longer work. However, your license has been reset and was transferred to the new activation server, allowing it to activate the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. You can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Nitro PDF Pro 12' link. After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button. If so, enter your serial number there then click Activate to activate software. If going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate did not ask for a serial number, please send the screenshot through direct message here in Community Forums. Shelly Callaway Posted July 25, 2022 Author Report Share Posted July 25, 2022 It does not ask for me to enter a serial number because it is already entered. I think the problem lies in the serial number itself. It is only a temporary one instead of one showing I have purchased a subscription. I have tried to attach a screenshot but it keeps telling me I can't paste images directly and I need to insert image from URL. I do not know how to do that.
