Victor Gatell Posted July 11, 2022 Report Share Posted July 11, 2022 I recently reset my computer and unfortunately, I lost all program files. I cannot seem to be able to re-install nitro. When I attempt to use the "support" prompts, nothing seems to work and it does not recongnize my email. This is very frustrating; I paid for this and use it daily and I am now working on a free trial version which will expire soon. Any help will be appreciated. In checking your email address, I can see a version 10 serial number. This license has been upgraded to version 12 when we migrated from old to new activation server. To successfully activate using your existing license, download and install Nitro PDF Pro 12 from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 12 is installed, you can activate by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.
