Dannon Nicholson Posted July 13, 2022 Report Share Posted July 13, 2022 Dear Team, I am having trouble signing into my account. When I try signing in it tells me that the password has expired, and it sends an email to an address I no longer have. When I look up my serial number it says that I have an active account and is version 12. So I tried installing Nitro PRO 13 and entering my serial number and it says that it is not active. Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
