After reaching out to CleverBridge (our 3rd party payment processor), I regret to inform you that they are unable to comply with your request to change the language invoice to English. Since they are registered for VAT in the United Arab Emirates, they must comply with the tax law applicable there. This stipulates that invoices and other tax-relevant documents must be issued in the national language Arabic. Non-compliance with these requirements may result in severe fines. With this, we ask for your understanding that we are not allowed to deviate from the legal requirements in the United Arab Emirates.
