The license code I received will not activate Nitro PDF Pro on my Mac.  I always get the message " Unable to obtain license. Please try again in a few minutes.".

I bought the software 25 June 2002 and the receipt is #38*****

The license code is:

F8F****-******-******-******-******

I have the same problem

I have search in https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal , Deactivate, 

Reinstall in a new PC

And i have try re active, but it fail.

I need reactivate asap.

Your license is for Nitro PDF Pro 13 for Windows. 
To successfully activate using this license, download and install Nitro PDF Pro 13 for Windows from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Nitro PDF Pro 13' link.  

Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed on your Windows computer, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.

I found your license purchase under the siscapa.com email. I can confirm that your license is an active Nitro PDF Pro 13 for Mac license. 

Could you please uninstall then install the latest release of Nitro PDF Pro 13 for Mac using the installer from the link below?

https://pdfpen.com/download/ - click the 'Download Now' under PDF Pro section. 

After the installation, please try to register using your license code.

It appears the license server is just not working.  This has been going on for a long time, and I would just like to get a refund - the software is apparently not installable on a brand new Macbook Pro with Monterey.  I am busy and have to move to something that works.

I have having the same problem on a 2021 macbook pro (apple silicon) running Monterey 12.4.  When I input my license key the register button does not work and I cannot activate my license.  I have submitted a support ticket, and have not received a response yet.  This is very expensive software and I need it to work without bugs.
