ATTIVAZIONE NITRO PRO SU ALTRO PC

Salve, ho acquistato una licenza NITRO PRO PDF per due PC.

Al momento la stessa è attivata su Nitro Pro 9.5.3.8.

Devo attivare la licenza su un computer nuovo  con Nitro Pro 13.58.0.1180 , provo ad inserire il seriale ma mi dice il numero di serie non esiste.

Come devo fare per risolvere il problema? Bisogna disattivare la vecchia licenza e attivare la nuova? Ho provato anche a disattivarla sul vecchio PC ma esce fuori -24 errore di Disattivazione
