Activation to a new computer

To the Nitro Team,

I currently have an active Nitro Pro 12 serial # that I'm currently transferring to a new PC that will not accept the Serial # that I was provided when I originally purchased the software. Based on the  Nitro website, I currently have two additional activations allowed to be downloaded using serial # *********. Please let me know what I can do to regain access to the Nitro Pro service.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
