Initial trouble with copy/ paste function to other applications results in uninstall and now reinstall is problematic

after reading through all of the process to get support, I opened a ticket where the response was not helpful. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the software, but unfortunately reactivation is a burden which has now led me here. Anyone help???
