INSTALLED AND NO WINDOWS OPEN

I am looking to get assistance, I download nitro and have an activation code ready for use however after it is done installing no windows pop up. The program is running becuase I can see it on my task bar and in my task manager however when i click on the taskbar icon it will not open. When i hover my mouse over it all it says it "Nitro Pro (EXPIRED TRIAL)", I have already tried reinstalling it and deleting it completely from my copmuter.

Can you please send us a screenshot of what you are seeing?

If the Nitro window is not appearing, please try to hold down the “Shift” key while right-clicking the program in the taskbar, then select “Move“. Use the arrow keys to move the window into view.

You can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.
