Activation Failure After Windows Upgrade

Hello, I have Nitro 12 installed on both my laptop and desktop computer.  The laptop is fine with an activated product. 

I just upgraded Windows on my desktop, and am having problems reinstalling/reactivating Nitro 12 on this computer.  

The activation page on Nitro's website recognizes the serial number, and sees it as having already used 2 seats (1 laptop, one desktop).  I probably should have manually deactivated the desktop before upgrading, as that activation now appears to be counting against me.

My S/N is 234***-******-****** with a purchase date of 6/19/2018 and a reference number of 1********

Can you please release 1 activation so that I can reactive on my desktop?  Or just deactivate both activations, and I can reactivate on both laptop and desktop.
