Rebooted, removed the folders under AppData local and roaming and under Program Files before reinstalling. I can't see any option added to Outlook (Version 2206) (or Word). The reason I got the trial was to try exporting a block of emails to PDF. I don't even see anything in the Manage Add-Ins or Disabled COM Add-ins. So I'm stuck and looking for help.
