Please try to use our license portal to determine the version of your serial number. The link to the portal is https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal If the version of your serial number is 12, please install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 so you could successfully activate. The Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. If the version of your serial number is 13, install Nitro PDF Pro 13 by clicking the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' from the above link. Please include as well the complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro installation. To continue on using this license, please uninstall Nitro PDF Pro 13 on your computer then make sure that you install Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). Visit the link below and make sure that you click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. After the installation, you should see 12.16.9.574 when you navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Here's the direct download link: 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi After a successful installation, activate it using your existing serial number.
