Nitro Sign Expired Plan

One of my clients is unable to request signatures through Nitro Sign and this is affecting his ability to work.

It says Expired Plan beside his initials when he's accessing the portal and I'm seeing that for others this was fixed by Nitro Support making changes to his account on the backend. Can someone assist?

I can provide his account details when needed.

Please provide the email address that is associated to the client's Nitro Sign account. We will use this to search and investigate the account.

Any further updates on this? My client is waiting for a resolution, and whoever edited my previous message changed the email address I'd listed.

Please have your client to logout then login again using the Nitro Sign account that is associated to the email address carlo@gaxxyyzzcpainc.com.
