Jason Hubert Posted July 19, 2022 Report Share Posted July 19, 2022 One of my clients is unable to request signatures through Nitro Sign and this is affecting his ability to work. It says Expired Plan beside his initials when he's accessing the portal and I'm seeing that for others this was fixed by Nitro Support making changes to his account on the backend.
