FYZICAL MetroWest Posted July 19, 2022 Report Share Posted July 19, 2022 I am trying to deactivate Nitro Pro on one computer so I can install it on my new computer. When I click deactivate in Nitro Pro, I get the -24: Activation Error notice. I went onto https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket as instructed by the Nitro help pages, but when I enter the info for the support ticket, it brings me to the Licensing portal. I click deactivate there, and am told to "choose a device." The page states that if the licensing portal doesn't solve the problem, submit a support ticket, but that link just brings me back to the licensing portal - round and round.
